These terms cover your use of grailshot.com, run by Infernobeam, LLC. By using Grailshot you agree to them.
Your account
You don't need an account to make a post. If you create one, keep access to your email secure, since that is how you sign in. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to use online services where you live.
Your images
You keep all rights to the scans and posts you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Grailshot for you, for example to keep posts in your library. Only upload images you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use Grailshot to break the law, to mislead buyers about a card or its grade, to infringe someone else's rights, or to disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Pro and Shop
Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, and Shop is billed monthly. Both renew automatically until you cancel from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy. We may change prices, and will tell you by email before a change applies to your next renewal.
Lifetime Pro is a single payment for Pro for as long as Grailshot offers Pro, with no renewals. It belongs to the account that bought it and can't be transferred. A refund ends it.
Not affiliated
Grailshot is not affiliated with PSA, CGC, Beckett, Instagram or any card maker. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
No warranty
Grailshot is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your library safe, but we don't promise it will always be available or error free. Keep your own copies of images that matter to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Infernobeam, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Grailshot and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may end or suspend access for breaking these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
