Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. There are no further charges.
What happens to my saved posts if I cancel?
They stay in your library, and you can still open, edit, download and delete them. New saves are free again once you're under 10 posts.
Does Instagram show HD images?
Instagram displays posts at up to 1080 pixels wide, which every plan already exports. HD is for marketplaces, your own site, and print.
Who handles my payment?
Stripe does. Grailshot never sees or stores your card number.
