Cancel Pro or Shop from your account page. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
If a plan isn't for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. That includes a renewal you forgot to cancel and a Lifetime Pro purchase. After 14 days, payments are not refunded, including partly used periods. A refunded Lifetime Pro purchase ends Lifetime Pro.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
