Infernobeam, LLC runs grailshot.com. This page says what we collect, why, and who else handles it. We don't sell your data or show ads.
Your scans stay on your device
Grailshot builds your images in your browser. Scans and posts are not uploaded unless you save a post to your library while signed in. Your current post is also kept in your browser so it survives a refresh.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google.
- Posts you save to your library: the image, your scans and the post settings.
- On Shop, the logo you upload and the looks you save as presets.
- Your plan and billing status. Stripe holds your card details, and we never see them.
- Sign-in sessions, including the IP address and browser they came from, to keep your account secure.
- Basic usage and error data, without advertising trackers, to keep the site working.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who handles it
- Vercel hosts the site, stores saved posts and counts visits without cookies.
- Neon hosts our database.
- Resend sends sign-in emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Sentry receives error reports when something breaks.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
These services may process data outside your country.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while you have an account. Deleting your account from the account page removes your account and saved posts. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object or complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site.
